Powerfitness began as a one on one appointment based service business in 1997.Along the way we have added a variety of trainers and services to suit the variety of demands that we encounter. Our aim is to maintain the highest standard of service and to create long term lasting results, and happy clients.

Simone Bate

 

Simone Bate

is one of our senior trainers and resident masseur. Simone has continued to develop her skills and training in various areas, with a special interest in running for fitness, weight loss and women’s health.


Simone feels that by strengthening and training the body awareness, she can help her clients not only reduce their weight but improve their health and well being. Away from work, she enjoys keeping fit and last year completed her first half marathon!

 

Fitness industry for 10 years

Simone currently provides a Personal Training and Massage Therapy Services through our fitness center at Powerfitness, Simone is an experienced licensed fitness professional and massage therapist.

She is certified in relaxation, remedial and deep tissue trigger point therapy, and her massage styles range from stress relaxation, remedial to sports massage.

Simone also works closely with a network of other health professionals in the health industry to help her clients achieve life balance through personal wellness.

Simone is an advocate of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believes in massage as a viable modality for enhancing overall health and well-being.

Simone places an emphasis on personal training making it "personal." For over 10 years in the fitness industry she has shown tremendous commitment to providing a service that focuses on her client's individual needs. Simone strives to encourage, support, and challenge her clients to feel strong, confident and to find fitness programs they truly enjoy. Simone is a firm believer that exercise enhances every aspect of physical and mental wellbeing.

    There are male and female shower and change room facilities.

    We will do our best to reschedule your appointment in the same week, otherwise it can be made up at a time convenient to both client and trainer.
