Powerfitness began as a one on one appointment based service business in 1997.Along the way we have added a variety of trainers and services to suit the variety of demands that we encounter. Colin

Colin Hamilton

graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. He has a keen interest in human mechanics and the way in which movement and conditioning correlate.

Colin’s main area of interest is strength and conditioning for sport. Colin’s one true love is football, “soccer”, which he plays and enjoys co-ordinating his strength and finess skills with his team. He also enjoys running and believes strongly in the need for targeted exercise to achieve health and fitness goals.

    Our aim is to teach you to enjoy exercise and to promote a more active lifestyle. The amount is dependant on your commitment level.

    Powerfitness offers a weekly membership, which caters for casual use. Our trainers are always available for advice or program design.
  • What amenities do you have? +

    There are male and female shower and change room facilities.
  • What if I cannot attend a class? +

    We will do our best to reschedule your appointment in the same week, otherwise it can be made up at a time convenient to both client and trainer.
