Here, you will learn to : construct a workout targeting the entire body understand why breathing is so important learn form, control and engaging the correct musles The package includes :
A consultation about : your goals , your program design and our expectations
A postural screening assessment
A medical assessment form
An education based first session, where you orient yourself with the gym floor, routine, instruction and most importantly , get to meet your trainer. -
What will you need to bring?

You will need to wear something that is comfortable to move freely in, and perhaps , lightly sweat.
Powerfitness will provide water and towels for you.
